1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Unlike conventional online conversion platforms, ToolBox AI operates predominantly inside your browser client. We do not extract document text, image contents, or personal information for advertising or AI training datasets.

2. Browser vs Server Processing

Whenever technically possible, operations (such as image cropping, client-side PDF creation, and character counts) run in local browser RAM via HTML5 and WebAssembly. When an operation requires server communication (such as translation), the input is transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 tunnels, processed in memory, and immediately discarded upon completion.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-friendly technical cookies strictly required to maintain site preferences (such as dark mode and tool settings). We do not deploy third-party cross-site tracking scripts.
